Privacy Policy

In short: Tabbiq has no accounts and does not ask for your name or email. It uses no ads, no cookies and no cross-site tracking. Outside Europe, we count visits in total with Cloudflare Web Analytics so we know how many people are playing; it never identifies you, and you can turn it off anytime in Your privacy choices. Your streak, stats and settings are saved only in your own browser, on your device, and are never sent to us.
1. Who we are
Tabbiq is a free daily puzzle game at tabbiq.app, operated by Lamha LLC ("we", "us", "our"). We are responsible for this website. Contact us about privacy at hello@tabbiq.app.
2. Information stored on your device
To make the game work without an account, Tabbiq saves a small amount of information in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us. This storage is strictly necessary to provide the gameplay, streak tracking and settings you use when you play, so Tabbiq uses no tracking cookies and needs no consent banner.

You control this information. Erase your stats anytime under Settings → Reset my stats, or erase everything by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. In a private or incognito window, nothing is kept after you close it.
3. Information we collect
During normal play, we do not collect or store personal information about you on any server. Tabbiq has no sign-up, no advertising and no cookies. Your answers, scores and streak are never sent to us. When you share a result, your device's own share menu or clipboard is used; nothing is sent to us.
Email. If you email us, including through Report a wrong fact (which opens your own email app with a pre-filled message that you choose whether to send), we receive your email address and message. We use them only to reply and to fix or improve Tabbiq. We delete these emails within 12 months after your question or report is resolved, though we may keep the fact correction itself without your details.
4. Services that deliver the site
Tabbiq is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which delivers the site and protects it from attacks and abuse. Like any website request, loading Tabbiq shares technical details with Cloudflare, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, which it needs in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. Tabbiq's own files, including its fonts and images, are served from tabbiq.app itself. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Visit counts. To know how many people are playing and to keep the site fast, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. When it's on, a small script hosted by Cloudflare (static.cloudflareinsights.com) notes things like which page was opened, which site you came from, your general browser and device type, your country and how quickly the page loaded. We only ever see totals, never anything about you personally. According to Cloudflare's published documentation, it uses no cookies or storage on your device and doesn't track people by IP address or browser fingerprint. Visit counting starts off if your device is set to a European time zone or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, and on everywhere else. You can change it anytime in Your privacy choices below.
Cloudflare may process this information in the United States or other countries where it operates. For transfers from the EU, UK and Switzerland, Cloudflare relies on its certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (including the UK Extension and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework), with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses as a fallback.
Your privacy choices
Counting visits helps us see how many people are playing, so we know what's working. We never know who you are, and we don't use cookies. Turning this off won't change your game.
Your choice is saved only on this device and applies from your next visit.
5. Selling, sharing and advertising
We do not sell or share personal information, we do not use it for targeted advertising, and we do not build profiles about you.
6. Do Not Track and privacy signals
Tabbiq does not track you across websites or over time, and we do not allow third parties to collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use Tabbiq. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we do not load visit counting unless you turn it on yourself in Your privacy choices.
7. Children
Tabbiq is a general-audience game that anyone can enjoy. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. If you believe a child has emailed us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, the European Union, the United Kingdom, California or Virginia), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your personal information. Because we don't hold personal information about players, most requests can be completed by clearing your browser data as described in section 2. For anything else, including an email you sent us, contact us and we'll respond within the time the law requires.
If you are in the EU or UK: we are the controller for three limited activities: delivering and securing the website through Cloudflare (section 4), based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure, working website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)); counting visits in aggregate with Cloudflare Web Analytics (section 4), which is off by default for devices set to a European time zone and runs only if you turn it on in Your privacy choices, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw anytime in the same place; and handling emails you send us, to respond to your request and improve Tabbiq (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)). You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. Security
Tabbiq is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Information saved on your device is protected by your device and browser.
10. Changes to this policy
If we add features that collect personal information, we will update this policy before they launch and change the dates at the top. Significant changes will also be noted in the game.
