Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Lamha LLC ("we", "us", "our"), which operates Tabbiq, a free daily puzzle game at tabbiq.app. By tapping Play Tabbiq or otherwise using Tabbiq, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Tabbiq.
1. Using Tabbiq
- Tabbiq is free to play, and no account is needed.
- You may use Tabbiq for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
- Please don't misuse Tabbiq. For example, don't attack, overload or disrupt the site; don't copy its puzzles or content in bulk, including with automated tools; and don't try to get around how it works.
- We may change, suspend or end any part of Tabbiq at any time, with or without notice.
2. Facts in the puzzles
Puzzle facts come from official and authoritative sources we believe are reliable. Even so, mistakes can happen and facts can change. Tabbiq is for entertainment only; please don't rely on it for any decision. If you spot an error, use Report a wrong fact on the results screen, which opens your email app with a pre-filled message, or email us directly.
3. Ownership
- Tabbiq's name, logo, design, puzzles, text and software belong to us. You may share your results, screenshots of your own games, and links to Tabbiq.
- Trademarks, brand, team, product and character names, and the names of people that appear in puzzles belong to their respective owners. They are used only to identify the items being compared, as factual trivia. Tabbiq shows text names only, never third-party logos, and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any company, league, studio or person mentioned. If you own a name or mark and have a concern, email us and we'll respond promptly.

4. Feedback
If you send us a fact report, suggestion or other feedback, you agree we may use it to improve Tabbiq without owing you anything.
5. Your saved progress
Your streak, stats and settings are stored only in your browser. Clearing your browser data, using a different device or browser, or private browsing can erase them, and we cannot recover them.
6. No warranties
Tabbiq is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise that Tabbiq will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or progress, arising from or related to your use of Tabbiq. Except for liability arising from our gross negligence, fraud or willful misconduct, our total liability for any claim related to Tabbiq is limited to fifty U.S. dollars (US $50). Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
8. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and excluding the Virginia Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act (Va. Code § 59.1-501.1 et seq.). Any dispute will be handled exclusively in the state courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia, or the federal courts of the Eastern District of Virginia (Alexandria Division), unless the law where you live gives you a right to bring a claim in your local courts that cannot be waived.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the dates at the top, and note significant changes in the game. If you keep using Tabbiq after an update takes effect, the updated terms apply.
11. General
If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a provision right away, we haven't given up the right to do so later. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about Tabbiq.
